it is also the name of several fanfictions. The name's been around enough to lose power. Though, the comic by TheWill (I belive that's who did it) is the most popular of the various forms of 'under her tail' media

The PC version
unless laptop users don't exactly have accessibility
so long as your on a windows based laptop you should be able to play the game. I am unsure about mac based laptops or netbooks.
what version of windows are you running?
do you get a specific error message when you run the .exe?
I didn't get any errors
and i don't fully know for sure which windows I'm running sadly.
I know some versions of windows have had issues running renpy games. Using compatibility mode might help. Though you may need to try a few different versions. I think compatibility mode windows xp worked last time I saw this
